Training Programs for Serious Athletes

This page is for athletes who already train and want a more structured path. Whether you play cricket, football, badminton, or athletics, the programs here are built around your training age, injury history, and the specific demands of your sport. No generic workouts, no guesswork.

Start with a movement assessment, not a guess

Before we load the barbell or plan a sprint block, we need to see how you move. The initial session covers a full movement screen, a short conversation about your training history and injury background, and a clear outline of what the next eight weeks should look like. This is the same intake we use for every athlete, whether you play cricket at the district level or just want to run a faster 5K.

The assessment takes about 75 minutes. You will leave with a written summary of your movement patterns, the main limitations we found, and a recommended training frequency that fits your current schedule.

What athletes say about training at Synapse

Feedback from cricketers, footballers, badminton players, and everyday lifters who moved from guesswork to a structured program.

"I came in with a recurring hamstring issue that kept me out of two seasons. The movement screen flagged a hip mobility gap nobody had caught. Eight weeks of targeted work and I finished the season without a single setback."
Rohit Menon Club cricketer, Pune
"The speed block changed how I approach my sprints. We broke down my start mechanics frame by frame, fixed my arm drive, and my 20-metre time dropped by a tenth within a month. That translates directly to winning duels on the wing."
Arjun Deshpande Football winger, competitive league
"As a badminton player, I always thought shoulder pain was just part of the sport. The mobility restoration protocol gave me a clear sequence to follow, and my overhead shots feel stronger now than they did five years ago."
Priya Kulkarni State-level badminton player
"I'm not a competitive athlete, just someone who wanted to get stronger without hurting myself. The coaches adjusted every lift to my training age and injury history. No ego, just progressive overload done properly."
Vikram Shetty Fitness enthusiast, general strength goal
"The plyometric progressions for my athletes were the missing piece. We moved from basic jumps to reactive work in a structured way, and the team's acceleration off the mark improved noticeably by mid-season."
Coach Farhan Ali Youth athletics coach, Mumbai
