Partnership terms, scope, and shared expectations
Programme ownershipEvery athlete programme is designed and supervised by Synapse Performance coaches. Partner clubs and academies provide facilities, scheduling, and athlete access, but do not alter training loads or exercise selection without a joint review.
Athlete screeningBefore any structured block begins, each athlete completes a movement screening and training-age questionnaire. Partners receive a summary report, while full medical history stays confidential and is only shared with the athlete's consent.
Session deliveryCoaching sessions are delivered on-site at partner venues or at our facility in Chinchwad Meerut. Remote programming is available for athletes who train independently, with video check-ins and monthly load reviews.
Injury and return-to-playWe do not diagnose injuries or replace physiotherapy. When an athlete is under medical care, we coordinate with the treating clinician and adjust training around their clearance. Return-to-play decisions are made jointly with the medical team.
Equipment and spacePartners are expected to provide a safe training area with adequate flooring, barbells, racks, and plyometric space. Where equipment is limited, we adapt the programme to available resources rather than substituting exercises without reason.
Communication windowsProgress updates, programme changes, and scheduling requests are handled through a shared channel with defined response times. Urgent matters during training hours are escalated directly to the lead coach on duty.
